Targetti USA is seeking Regional Sales Managers in multiple territories with the following responsibilities.

  • Generating profitable sales of Targetti and Duralamp brand products
  • Providing sales forecast data for annual sales budgeting
  • Providing market feedback for product development, market positioning, marketing materials
  • Industry events (tradeshows, local chapter DLF, IES, IALD)
  • Weekly sales meeting attendance 10am PST Fridays
  • Agent project review vs. budget and upcoming pipeline
  • Weekly reports of activates/projects/clients
  • We are looking for people that are familiar with the lighting industry that want to learn and grow with our company and seek long term opportunities our worldwide group can offer.
  • 3-5 years industry related experience

Accounting Manager


Position Description:

Job Title: Accounting Manager
Department Name: Accounting
Position Location: Costa Mesa, CA

Position Responsibilities:

Overall responsibilities for the administrative / financial activities of the company to include:

  1. Processing daily transactions including Invoicing, Accounts Payable, Collections, Purchases, payments, and all other routine business transactions.
  2. Process monthly accounting close per schedule including generation of financial statements (US GAAP & European IFRS), account and bank reconciliations, and reconciliation to sub ledgers.
  3. Preparation of product sales, project profitability, territory sales and commissions reports
  4. Perform routine HR activities as required- payroll (ADP), benefits, new employee packages etc…
  5. Generate reporting as required by management
  6. Provide financial liaison to parent company in Italy.
  7. Special analysis as required.


  • Extensive knowledge SAP preferred or other middle market ERP / general ledger systems. Knowledge should include ability to use reporting and report writer capabilities of the system and maintain the company’s chart of accounts.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the areas of responsibilities including transactions processing and bookkeeping responsibilities
  • Good accounting knowledge and experience sufficient to independently process monthly close and generate financial statements.
  • Formal accounting education is required, a degree is a significant plus.
