Customer Service Representative

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Customer Service – timely response (goal 24 hours or less) to emails & calls regarding any order or customer service related question
  • Order Processing – timely processing (goal 48 hours or less) of incoming customer orders, including: customer info, order entry, review, new part request, provide ESD, payment verification, tracking information, follow-ups
